Super Boot XVII (17) is only a few weeks away... February 12-14 We are the largest boot tourney in the U.S.   The website: www.super-boot.com is operational, finally after finding a new provider.  In the next few days we will have the message board up, so let the bantering about US vs. Canada begin.  New teams have contacted me from Winnipeg and the Twin Cities.  Hibbing is back along with a Superior team and our friends from Quebec may come down if they aren't in another tourney.  It's official that the Dirty Dozen has retired this year and a few players have jumped to other teams.  I heard the Ice Dogs have split, and that the Young Guns just got older, so are they still the Young Guns? New this year will be a bubble hockey tournament upstairs, along with the usual dice, cards, Shelly your bartendress, Saturday night karaoke, BUD GIRLS and possibly more "dancing girls". The rink is ready with additional netting and a new changing room with restroom in the Zamboni garage. Our goal is 22 teams and it looks like we will reach that goal easy.  Entry fee is still $160 US.  Thunder Bay monies with be collected by the Horychuk brothers, so please contact them if you are in.
